The great thing about renting a property with Smart Homes, is that we have a dedicated team who will deal with any maintenance issues. All you have to do is inform us of the issue and we will then take care of the problem for you. Most of the time you don’t even need to be at the property, as our team will visit during working hours and by the time you come home all should be resolved.
All we do ask from yourself is your patience, as there could be a critical job we are working on elsewhere and sometimes it can be beyond our teams capabilities and might require an external professional or one of your suppliers to visit the property.
Out of Hours Emergency
If it is an emergency, all you have to do is contact the office number 02380637635, leave a voicemail and send an email to email@example.com, please attach images if required and in the subject line just put the address of the property.
We will do our best to pick this up and if it is a case beyond our control and requires an external professional, this will be arranged at the next available time that the professional has, bearing in mind they also tend to work Monday to Friday.
